I have been reading and enjoying Elizabeth Cadell's books for over 30 years. It's so wonderful to pick up an old friend and know you won't be disappointed. The stories and fun and interesting without being stressful, offensive, or scary. A rarity today, to be sure. Ebay has been a marvelous way to expand my collection.

I have been in love with Elizabeth Cadell's characters for years. I am now a semi-retired psychologist with more time to focus on life's pleasures. I consider Elizabeth Cadell's novels one of the most effective therapies in my life. I am so grateful to have these friends (her novels) on my bookshelf. I feel good just looking at the covers or picking up the book! Who can explain...certainly not Freud! Best wishes and happy reading all!

I have been reading Elizabeth Cadell since I was a teenager. My favourites are Mixed Marriage & Corner Shop. Corner Shop was the very first of her books that I read & I loved it. I've been trying to complete my collection - I only have 32, so there are so many still to find.

Elizabeth Cadell is without a doubt, brilliant with her characterizations. How I wish there were even more stories of hers to read. She is the type of author one reads and revisits, always finding something new.
